This work is all about getting to know yourself, whether you are closely related to your family or in a distant relationship. No matter if they are still walking this earth plane or have left their earthly form. You are invited to explore what this all means for you, your physical and mental wellbeing, your life and your sense of belonging. Depending on the themes being brought to the table, you learn to work with the genogram, storytelling, family constellations, shamanic rituals and Celtic healing sounds. After exploring these elements you will have more insight in your family tree, how this impacts your life and it will empower you to take the next step into your healing journey, which is your life.
