DESCRIPTION:I am inviting you to travel with me on the ancient sounds of the Celtic Gutha (= mantras). In the online zoom circle we will together explore and experience the healing qualities of the sounds our ancestors were singing long before us. The Gutha are heart opening and a way to re-connect with your soul. The word Gutha can be translated as Breath of Life and will time and again lead you back to your inner wisdom. \nEvery Monday evening 7 – 7.30 pm UK time = 20.00 – 20.30 NL time. \nThere are no costs involved\, although donations are gratefullly received (click here for info). No singing experience needed. SUMMARY:Marcanna Naofa - introduction to a spiritual path connecting you with your inner wisdom (Zoom\, English spoken)
DESCRIPTION:This evening I will present\, together with 3 of my companions\, an introduction to the Marcanna Naofa. The Marcanna Naofa are 18 symbols which can be worked with as 18 teachers guiding us into ourselves. Therefore they are a spiritual path connecting you with your inner wisdom. \nThere are many old symbols and alphabets\, predominantly used as oracles these days. You may have heard of them or you may have tried to answer a significant question with the runes\, i-ching\, futhark or any other symbols. These symbols\, dating from times long past\, are each holding their own wisdom and magic and can be used in many different ways. Their meaning has often been handed down through books and other scriptures. \nThe Marcanna Naofa are connected to the old Irish alphabet but are much older than that. They have been handed down orally through a path of initiation. To become familiar with their meaning they have to be experienced by drawing them\, “dancing” them and allowing the sacred symbols to extract their meaning out of YOU. These sacred symbols – called Marcanna Naofa in the Irish language – will teach you by extracting the wisdom lying dormant in YOU. They cannot be learned from a book nor by someone else telling you what they mean. Therefore they are a spiritual path in themselves\, a very practical path to continue your walk through this life with growing consciousness\, to live a soul-led life rather than an ego driven life. The Marcanna Naofa are a strong medicine for all those choosing a soul-led life. The Marcanna Naofa will walk you back home to YOU. This might not be in line with old belief patterns or ego preferences\, but it will definitely open the door to joy and fulfilment in your life.
